Sales Representative – United States

We would like to welcome to our team a highly motivated, results-driven, tech-savvy sales representative.

The focus of our company is to bring the best software solutions to cutting edge scientific laboratories; therefore, we are looking for a person with good analytical abilities, smooth communication skills and ability to get things done. Scientific community is a specific market, so ideally, a candidate we are looking for has already worked in that field, has a degree in science and understands basic principles of lab work. While this is a desirable bonus, it is not a necessary requirement for you to apply for this job position.

Positive thinkers who our new and existing customers can enjoy working with. Who can quickly pinpoint problems, knows how to listen to clients’ needs and come up with solutions. Required experiences and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree: life sciences preferably, business and/or marketing majors welcome as well
  • Two to five years in a sales representative role; within industry preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Strong intrapersonal skills and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting

  • BSc, MSc or PhD in Life sciences (i.e. Biology, Biotechnology, Microbiology)
  • Previous experience selling SaaS

Your responsibilities

  • Present, promote and sell sciNote Open Source Electronic Lab Notebook in the USA using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other EU departments – marketing, development, support
  • Keep records of discussions i.e. correspondence with customers in CRM
  • Represent our company at tradeshows and events in US and EU, meet and advise our customers in person
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Product Manager

Required experiences and skills

  • University degree or a PhD from the field of Life sciences (i.e. Biology, Biotechnology, Microbiology)
  • Excellent knowledge of English language

  • Selling BioSistemika’s products and services
  • Communicating with customers via email, phone or meeting platforms
  • Providing assistance and advising to BioSistemika’s customers
  • Keeping records of discussions or correspondence with customers in CRM
  • Visiting trade shows where you meet our clients in person
  • Performing market research and lead generation
  • Creating shareable content appropriate for specific networks
  • Work efficiently as part of a team
  • Working closely with other departments
