So far we mostly store our protocols on SciNote. There it is useful, so anyone has always access to the newest version of any document uploaded.
SciNote enables us to keep all experimental procedures, raw and analyzed data in one place. On the long run, this prevents the loss of knowledge when a postdoc or a PhD leaves the lab.

We were impressed with the security and features of SciNote. Their team was able to clearly answer our questions from giving a top-level overview, down to very thorough "onboarding" training we received.

One of the most notable benefits is the inventory management system. Being able to track our samples in sciNote and then tag them in our experiments is very powerful.
